Der Dalmore 15 reift 12 Jahre lang in ex-Bourbonfässern und anschließend noch 3 Jahre in drei verschiedenen Sherryfässern: In Amoroso, Apostles und Matusalem Oloroso-Fässern. Dadurch wird der Whisky wunderbar fruchtig und komplex.

Farbe: Bernstein.

Geruch: Schokolade, reife Orangen, Zimt und Vanille.

Geschmack: Zitrusfrüchte, Vanille, Ingwer, süßes Karamell und rote Beeren.

Abgang: Lang anhaltend, malzig und eine leichte Kaffeenote.
